Flavours of India Restaurants
The Flavours of India story began four years ago when the first restaurant was opened down at Pissouri Bay by Marios Vakanas. Having travelled and worked in the restaurant trade in America, France and England he decided to bring his experiences and his own flair to the first Indian restaurant in the area.
Being an accomplished chef himself, with diplomas in bar tendering and cocktails, Marios has created an exciting dining experience with a reputation for first class Indian cuisine at affordable prices. All of the staff, chefs and waiters alike, have learnt their trade in their native India and were headhunted by Marios himself to create a truly authentic feel to both the food and atmosphere forming a loyal band of customers who keep coming back for more. It's this mix of staff, fine food, fine wine and most importantly the customers that have helped Flavours of India in Pissouri grow from strengh to stength.
Following the fantastic success of the Pissouri restaurant, two more restaurants have been opened in Limassol and Erimi; each replicating the unique atmosphere and cuisine that has made the Pissouri restaurant so successful. The Limassol restaurant radiates grandeur and refinement, but yet offers fantastic food at affordable prices, while the new restaurant at Erimi offers a full takeaway service.
